將所有成分混合在一起。加水煮沸,湯中可加入香茅、姜花、叻沙葉,味道更鮮美。加入鹽和冰糖,根據個人喜好調整口味。 菜肴搭配 叻沙面、菠蘿、薄荷葉、辣椒、生菜、黃瓜、純素魚片。

Lemongrass
Ginger flower
Tamarind
Laksa leaves (daun kesum)
Seaweed
Chilli
Salt
Rock Sugar
Lime juice
Blend all ingredients together. Add water and boil, in the soup, can add Lemongrass stalks, ginger flower stalks and laksa leaves for more flavor. Add in salt and rock sugar, adjust the flavour to your personal liking.
